Will this fit my 1911?

Do I need a new sear too?

Not strictly, but the kit is designed to work best with a premium sear like the EGW Hard Sear (Product #10040). A worn or poorly cut factory sear won’t take full advantage of the precision hammer hooks. If you’re after that clean break, pairing them is the way to go.

Is this a drop-in part?
