FAQ

Will this work with the M&P Shield?

No, this RAM is specifically for the standard M&P series. The Shield uses a different trigger housing and requires a separate RAM model. Please check your pistol’s model before purchasing.

Does it affect the trigger pull weight?

Not directly. The RAM only changes the reset feel. Trigger pull weight stays the same as your factory setup or whatever aftermarket trigger you’ve installed. It’s a dedicated reset improvement part.

Can I install it myself, or do I need a gunsmith?

If you’re comfortable detail stripping your M&P’s trigger assembly, you can do it yourself. It’s a simple swap—no special tools beyond basic punches. We recommend watching our install video first. If you’re not confident, any competent gunsmith can do it in under 30 minutes.
